python-gnupg software package provides Python wrapper for the Gnu Privacy Guard (Python 2.x), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-gnupg
python-gnupg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-gnupg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-gnupg *
You will get with python-gnupg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
